I really hate the way I allow other people to manipulate me and hurt me with their words and actions. I let people in and they destroy me piece by piece. This accounts for family members as well. I don’t understand how anyone, never mind the people who bring you into this world, can use their knack for words and degrade you and make you feel like you are nothing. I can’t do it.
